Glitter Guilty Pleasures Box FAQs:

  1. REFERRAL Program--- Help me spread the word! For every two people you refer, (you must be a current subscriber yourself to qualify),  I'll automatically send you a "thank you" package when your two referrals second month's payment is made.  There's no limit- You'll receive a "thank you" package for every two people you refer!  Just tell your friends to list your name in the "referred by" section of the subscription form.  Contact me if you have any questions!
  2. Can I specify which type of polish I would like (glitter bomb, crelly base, pigment, etc)?  ---Sure! Just include that information in the colors likes/dislikes section of your subscription profile.  You can even list polishes from my shop that you're dying to try if you're not a surprise lover.
  3. I want to update my subscription profile with different color preferences, etc. Where do I do that? ---Click on My Account in the top menu, and update your preferences there.
  4. I want to send one month of my subscription to someone else. Can I do that?---Yes!  Just update your subscription profile in My Account with the shipping and preference information of your recipient, and send me a quick note to let me know of the change.
  5. When should I expect my box?---Glitter Guilty Pleasures Boxes ship out the beginning of every month; between the 1st and the 5th.  You'll receive your first box at the beginning of the following month.  For example, if you signed up anytime in May, you'll receive your first box at the beginning of June.
  6. I'm an international customer, and would love to purchase the subscription.  Can I do that?---Yes, please contact me!
  7. Where do I cancel my subscription?---Click on My Account in the top menu, and cancel your subscription there.
  8. If I purchased a 6 month subscription and cancel before my 6 months is over, do I get a refund?---You won't receive a refund, but you will continue receiving your Glitter Guilty Pleasures Box until your 6 month subscription is over, and you will not be charged the recurring payment.
  9. If I want to cancel, by what date should I do that so that I am not charged for the next month?---You are charged the same day each month, based on what day you signed up.  For example, if you signed up for the subscription on March 3rd, you will next be billed on April 3rd.  Not sure when you signed up and when you'll be billed?  You can check your paypal account, or contact me, and I'll be happy to help!

General FAQs:

  1. I love glitter polish, but how can I get it off?!?---I like the tin foil method.  Just Youtube "how to remove glitter polish with foil", and there are plenty of tutorials.
  2. Do you accept returns?---Due to public health standards, I'm unable to accept returns. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me.
  3. How fast do you ship out?---I try to ship each polish order within 1-2 business days.
